Brand identity
For TEO, we created a brand identity for a maintenance company that redefines the customer experience at home. Maintenance visits are often seen as intrusive or stressful, so we personified the service as TEO: Transparant, Efficiënt Onderhoud. TEO acts as a calm, friendly and reliable presence that communicates clearly, works efficiently, and respects the customer’s space, turning routine maintenance into a smooth and worry-free experience.
